- Strategies to Appeal to Millennial Consumers
Millennials and younger consumers have become one of the largest market segments and most tech-savvy group of consumers. How can an organization use digital media tools (other than social media discussed in the last unit) to reach these consumers? What should the organization do differently to appeal to these younger, tech savvy consumers? Can organizations target these consumers and older consumers with the same marketing strategy including the execution of the four Ps?
